Please read the following terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber.

Classroom & School Use Policy
Made Makers standard subscriptions are intended for individual and family use and are not licensed for use in public or private school classrooms, group instruction, or school-wide programs without prior written permission. This includes use by individual teachers within any formal educational institution, regardless of classroom size.
We love partnering with schools and educators and are happy to explore options for using Made Makers in a classroom or school setting. If you’re interested in licensing or institutional use, please contact us to discuss program fit and available agreements.
Artwork Submission Terms Of Use:
MadeMakers Artwork and Media Submission & Release Form
This Artwork and Media Submission & Release Form (“Agreement”) is between the parent or legal guardian of the participating child (“Submitter”) and MadeMakers, LLC (“Company”), creators of the MadeMakers Christian Art and Design Homeschool Curriculum (“Curriculum”). By submitting artwork, photos, video clips, audio, written materials, or other creative content (“Content”), the Submitter agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Grant of Rights
The Submitter grants MadeMakers, LLC, its successors, licensees, and assigns, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, publish, distribute, perform, transmit, and create derivative works from the submitted Content in any form or media now known or hereafter developed. This includes, without limitation, use on the Company’s website, social media, video curriculum, printed materials, advertisements, presentations, podcasts, or other marketing and promotional media related to the Curriculum.
2. Use of Names and Locations
The Submitter grants permission for MadeMakers, LLC to use, in whole or in part, the Submitter’s name, the child’s name, and the home city and state in connection with the display or promotion of the submitted Content. The Company may, but is not required to, reference the Submitter’s or child’s name, likeness, or location.
3. No Compensation or Royalties
The Submitter understands and agrees that they will receive no financial compensation, royalties, or any other form of payment for the use of their Content, likeness, name, or any derivative works created from it. Submission of Content is voluntary and made without expectation of compensation now or in the future.
4. Use and Non-Use of Content
MadeMakers, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to use or not use any Content submitted. The Company is not obligated to publish, distribute, or otherwise make use of any submitted materials and may choose to use the Content at any time in the future, in whole or in part.
5. Media Containing People
If the Content includes photographs, video, or audio recordings of the Submitter, their child, or any other person, the Submitter grants MadeMakers, LLC full permission to use, modify, reproduce, edit, or recreate those materials for educational or promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying the likenesses, voices, or performances in connection with promoting the Curriculum or MadeMakers, LLC, in perpetuity and without restriction.
6. Ownership and Copyright
Submitter retains ownership of the original artwork or materials but grants MadeMakers, LLC a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to use and modify the Content as described herein. Submitter represents and warrants that they own all rights to the submitted Content or have full authority to grant such rights to MadeMakers, LLC.
7. Release of Liability
Submitter releases and holds harmless MadeMakers, LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from the use of the Content, name, likeness, or any derivative works thereof, including but not limited to any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Acknowledgment
By submitting artwork, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions contained in this Release Form. I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child (if applicable) and have full legal authority to grant these permissions.
